During the Congress, there will be a Registration Desk within the SMX Convention Center for on-site registrations and for helping the participants in the issues related with their registration.

  • Registration of Delegates will be from May 7, 2018 (Monday) to May 11, 2018 (Friday)
  • The operating hours of the Registration Desk will be from 8am – 4pm (NO noon break)
  • Payment of PDA Membership Fee (Non-delegate) will ONLY be accepted on May 10 & 11, 2018
  • "NO CONVENTION ID NO ENTRY" policy will be strictly enforced in the Session Halls, Exhibition Areas and Social Events.
  • Lending of Convention ID is strictly prohibited.
  • Replacement of Lost, Damaged, Misplaced Convention ID will be charged $50.00 and NON REFUNDABLE.
  • Children are NOT allowed at the Scientific Halls, Exhibition Area and Social Events
  • Chapter Membership dues for 2018 MUST be settled upon payment of the 40th APDC/109th PDA Registration Fee or Certificate of Exemption must be presented (if applicable)

PRE REGISTRATION IS NON- TRANSFERABLE & NON REFUNDABLE

Registration fee for Dentists, PDA Life Members, Dental Hygienists / Dental Technologists includes: Entry to all Meeting sessions, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, mini program, congress bag, Social Events except GALA NIGHT (by invitation) $100.00.

Local Students Registration Includes: Entry to Student Congress only, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, ID badge, congress bag

Accompanying Person Registration Includes: ID badge, entrance to the Exhibition Area ONLY

NO Personal Check will be accepted during Onsite Registration 

NOTE: Name, PRC # and contact number of the delegate must be written at the back of the check. If the check represents payment of 2 or more delegates, he/she shall attached a piece of paper stating the names, PRC #s and contact numbers of each delegate included.

Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED once the Congress Secretariat receives notification from the depository bank that issued check by the registrant is dishonoured (RETURNED) upon deposit.
